From opening day to acquisition.
Off the Wall Kidz brought Swimm in before the first location opened its doors. One indoor playground became two, both were acquired, and the new ownership kept the marketing team that built the brand.

The engagement.
Off the Wall Kidz is an indoor playground built for the ages that are hardest to entertain and easiest to worry about. The owners came to Swimm Social before the first location in Carver, Massachusetts opened, so the brand, the website, the launch materials and the campaigns were built together from the start instead of bolted on later. Swimm stayed on as the marketing team through the opening of a second location in North Hampton, New Hampshire, through the sale of both, and into the new ownership that runs them today.
Challenges identified.
A brand new business in a small town has no reputation to lean on. Opening weekend had to be full, and the marketing had to create the awareness that a business usually earns over years.
Parents choose a kids’ venue on trust. Cleanliness, safety and value had to come through in every photo, page and post, not just be claimed.
A second location in another state meant two markets, two sets of campaigns and two teams to keep in sync, and eventually a business that had to present clearly and completely to a buyer.

The strategic approach.
01
Brand and launch materials from day one
Original designs, character artwork, photography and the print and digital collateral a new venue needs before it can open: signage, party materials, social templates and the first campaigns. Everything spoke in one voice from the first day, which is the difference between a launch and a soft opening nobody hears about.
02
A website built to book, not just to look
Tickets, waivers, gift cards and party bookings for both locations, designed so a parent on a phone can get from curiosity to a booked birthday in a few taps. The site is the front door for every campaign and still runs the business today.
03
Search and social campaigns for each location
Carver and North Hampton each got their own campaigns, audiences and reporting, timed to the moments that fill an indoor playground: school breaks, winter weekends, birthday season. Social content and community management kept both locations in front of local parents between campaigns.
04
Built to be handed over
When the owners sold both locations, the marketing did not have to be rebuilt. The brand, the site, the accounts and the reporting were documented and in the business’s name, which made the operation easier to evaluate and easier to buy. The new ownership kept Swimm on, and we support them today.

What came next.
Two locations under new ownership, the same brand and website, and the same marketing team. Off the Wall Kidz remains an active Swimm Social client today.
