If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.

Client engagements are separate

This website is informational. Hiring Swimm Social happens through a separate written agreement that covers scope, fees, ownership of deliverables and confidentiality. If anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the client agreement wins.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, video, graphics, logos and the design of the site itself, is the property of Swimm Social or of the clients whose work is shown here with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Client names, logos and brand assets that appear in our portfolio and case studies belong to their respective owners and appear as a factual record of work performed.

Limited license to you

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own personal or internal business evaluation of our services. You may not republish, reproduce, sell or exploit content from this site without our prior written consent, and you may not use client materials shown here for any purpose at all without permission from their owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site. That includes not attempting to breach its security, not probing or scanning it for vulnerabilities without authorization, not scraping it at volumes that degrade service, not introducing malware, and not framing or mirroring it in a way that misrepresents its source.
